Here at Velocipede Cycles we have a fully equipped workshop providing repairs and servicing for all makes and models from road bikes to children’s cycles.

maintenance

Our maintenance courses are run on a one-to-one basis at a time convenient to you. Courses run for approximately 90 minutes. You should bring along your own bike in reasonable condition to work on. All tools and gloves will be supplied along with a hot drink. Please contact us for more details

We offer a variety of services depending on your bike’s condition and how much you want to spend. We also offer a repair service for specific problems. Our workshop is in-house and we can often complete your job on the same day. Please see below for our comprehensive price list.

collection

Velocipede Cycles is happy to provide a collection and delivery to all customers within a 10-mile radius of our shop on Camden Road when booking your bike into the workshop for repairs or servicing. There is a small fee for this service. Please contact us for more details.

Basic service: £40*

All components visually inspected and all nuts and bolts checked for correct torque. Gears and brakes adjusted and correctly set up. Wheels inspected and trued. Inspect condition of tyres and inflate to correct pressure. Includes fitting of minor components (cables or brake pads)

Full service: £60*

All service elements as in Basic Service plus: Drivechain de-greased and cables lubricated. Includes fitting of new major components (multiple minor components and all other components)

super service: £100*

Complete strip down and re-build including all bearings serviced (hubs, bottom bracket and headset). Plus super clean of whole bike

Full Suspension Frame pivot re-grease - £24.99 *
Suspension Fork Lower Leg Service - £49.99 (plus seal kit from £30)
Rear Air shock basic service - £25 (plus seal kit from £20)
